The Shenghua elevator adopts a variable voltage variable
frequency(VVVF)system that can fully satisfy the need of the human

frequency(VVVF)system used for controlling the door motor and the
matched synchronous belt door motor structure without connecting
rod help to realize the slowness, stability and safety of opening
and closing of the elevator gate.
The calls to each system even to each
landing are respectively controlled by different computers, which
greatly reduces the connecting wires and the interfaces among the
components, improves the reliability of each system and component,
makes the fault rate decreased to the lowest, the flexibility of

functions, but also can make the elevator run smoothly once the
fault appears, except for the fault floor.
The external wall of the carriage maintains
the merits of the high-quality elevator, meets the aerodynamic
principle when running in the hoistway at a high speed, and avoids
vibration, wind noise and transmission noise.
Small Machine Room Passenger Elevator
Compared with the elevator which has a
machine room, the small machine room passenger elevator adopts a
more reasonable civil arrangement, which makes a smallest area of
the machine room, greatly saves the space of the machine room,
makes the elevator capable of adapting to the buildings which have
special requirements to the appearance, and decreases the building
cost at the same time.
With the combination of novel
permanent-magnetic synchronizing gearless traction machine and the
most advanced technology at present, the elevator greatly reduces
the degree of torque fluctuation as well as the noise pollution in
the machine room. The low—noise low—vibration characteristic
combined with the efficient driving circuit improves the efficiency
of the system, reduces the energy consumption of the system, and
avoids the environmental pollution problem brought by the use of
gear oil of the traditional traction machine.
Compared with the elevator without any machine room, the small
machine room passenger elevator has more convenience in maintenance
of components such as traction machines, control cabinets, speed
limitators and so on, greatly improving the working efficiency of
the overhaul personnel and saving the time.

To meet the special requirements of some
buildings on the appearance, the latest slim gearless traction
machine driven by the permanent-magnetic synchronous motor is
adopted, the disadvantage that the large traction machine occupies
large space is overcome, the arrangement mode in the hoistway of
the elevator is improved, the weight and the supporting force of
the machine are borne and dispersed by structural components such
as steel girders and so on, the building utilization rate is
increased, and the cost is decreased.
The characteristics of low noise and low
vibration of the permanent-magnetic synchronizing gearless traction
machine are combined with the vectorized frequency conversion speed
regulation mode of the microcomputer network control, which makes
the operation of the elevator steadier, more comfortable, and
quieter.
